Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

This policy explains how HustleOS ("HustleOS," "we," "us," or "our") handles refunds, cancellations, monthly retainers, and payment disputes. It applies to all HustleOS programs and services and works alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Refunds

HustleOS program fees pay for work performed, including preparation, coaching, administrative support, setup, and delivered materials. Because of this, program fees are generally non-refundable once work on an engagement has begun.

For an engagement where no work has started yet, you may submit a written refund request within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Completed milestones and setup work are non-refundable. Any milestone we have completed, and any setup work already performed, is not eligible for a refund even where a later refund request is reviewed.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected].

Milestone programs

For milestone-based programs, cancellation stops billing of future milestones that have not yet started. Work already performed and milestones already completed remain payable and are non-refundable.

Monthly retainers and subscriptions

For any monthly retainer or subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access for the remainder of that period, and partial periods are not refunded.

3. Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong, please reach out before filing a payment dispute or chargeback so we can make it right.

4. Promotions

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts. Any terms that apply to a promotion, including eligibility, duration, and refund treatment, are stated at the time the offer is made and govern that promotion.

5. How payments are processed

Payments and any approved refunds are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
